I'm not an appraiser, I don't carry Kovel's price guide in my tote bag, I can't spot a rare thingamabob at 15 paces. I'm just a girl who likes her home filled with items with character and history.
I don't specialize, my kitchen where I'm typing, has Pyrex 1950's mixing bowls, Depression era Petalware plates and turn of the century silver-plate teaspoons. And they all live happily together.
I love my vintage and antique finds, and want to share them with other folks who will appreciate their charm.

I don't specialize, my kitchen where I'm typing, has Pyrex 1950's mixing bowls, Depression era Petalware plates and turn of the century silver-plate teaspoons. And they all live happily together. I've been crafting for as long as I can remember. I spent hours watching my mom knit intricate cable knit sweaters and made doll clothes with grandma. Now I knit, sew and generally craft. I'm also a photographer. I love antique and vintage, my home is full of a beautiful hodge podge of items that have soul and character that box stores can't begin to approach. In the rest of my life I'm working in a not-lucrative-but-fulfilling non-profit job between college and graduate school (back in the classroom in September!), catering to a demanding but loving cat, getting out into the woods now that it's warm, and having a blast putting all that crafting energy into my first real place.
